This policy explains how Airsplash Inc., doing business as Origami("Origami," "we") handles information collected through this website and the Origami Text Alerts program. Your use of the Origami app is also covered by the Origami Privacy Policy. For text messages, this policy controls.
How we handle your phone number and SMS consent for texting Origami's chat agent about your campaign is covered by Section 16 of the Origami Privacy Policy.
What we collect
- Your phone number and consent record, when you opt in to Origami Text Alerts by texting your code to our number: the number, the time you opted in, and any later opt-out.
- Messages you send to our number, so we can process opt-ins, STOP and HELP requests.
- Basic technical data when you visit this website, such as your IP address and browser type, used to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use your phone number only to send the account notifications you asked for, to honor opt-outs, and to answer help requests. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.
Text messaging data
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with service providers as needed to operate the text program and as required by law.
Our messaging providers deliver texts on our behalf and may process your number only to do so. We keep opt-out records as long as needed to honor your choice.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text, or turn text alerts off in Origami Settings, to stop texts.
- Email hello@origamiagents.com to access or delete your information.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep your phone number while text alerts are on or your account is open, and delete it on request unless the law requires us to keep it.
Children
Origami is a business service for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
