Text Origami's chat agent
Existing Origami customers can text Origami's chat agent about their campaign and receive replies about that campaign. Texts are sent by Airsplash Inc., doing business as Origami. Message frequency varies with the conversation. We never send marketing texts through this program, and texting is optional: you can use everything else in Origami without it.
How to opt in
Customers set up SMS in the Origami app with this form. It is shown below exactly as customers see it. Try it: this preview does not send a text.
Confirming by text
After the form is submitted, the app shows a confirmation screen saying we texted the number and it is not enrolled until it replies. We send this one text, and nothing else, until the number replies YES:
No campaign content is sent before that YES.
Help and opting out
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@origamiagents.com. We reply: “Origami: For help, email hello@origamiagents.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- Reply STOP(or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any text to opt out. We reply once: “Origami: You're opted out of texting Origami's chat agent and won't get more texts. Reply START to opt back in.”
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The program's terms are in Section 29 of our Terms of Service, and how we handle your number and consent is in Section 16 of our Privacy Policy.
